Return and Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of Luxurious Lights & Scents products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at luxuriouslightsandScents@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.
If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Luxurious Lights & Scents are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do you provide International Shipping?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Hong Kong! Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination and include the cost of any duties and taxes upfront so you won't be charged
later on.
